How is this place still open? Ive been there 3 times and never again. Its the same everytime, old dry food. Even if you ask for fresh they put it on top of the old food and then mix it all together. Yuck

Used to go almost every Sunday. Now it has went downhill--food is cold and the customer service is awful. Complained to manager not for free food but just to let them know and they never even responded!

My granddaughter talked me into it. I didn't think I would like Panda Express. The one in St. Augustine is so much better than the one on Blanding in Orange Park. There orange chicken was very dry and so was the refried rice. Grand kids said even the fortune cookies didn't taste fresh. The service was good. The lady was very patient with the g-kids and listened very carefully to what they ordered.

The food was cold. The rice used in the traditional fried rice was under cooked and hard. Had to use soy sauce to have any flavor. My wife ate her shrimp and dumped her tray in the trash. This was the first and last visit to this restaurant. Why don't they prepare the food when you order? Nothing but a buffet.

If I could, I would eat here everyday. The good thing is, is that it's not ladened with so much oil and sauces like most Chinese places. Very pleasant employees.

Service - During several visits to this specific Panda Express, I've noticed their service is extremely slow. I did notice them filling online orders, but there was only ONE person at the front and two (maybe three) cooking. Most of the entrees were almost empty. Food - The food has been decent most of the time, although there was one visit the orange chicken did have a dry taste. I notice they place newly cooked entrees on top of the existing entrees and mix them.

Not the best visit. We had to wait while the person filled an online order. They were out of 4 entrées, so we had to wait even longer....at least it will be warm.

The service was pretty slow. We waited for about 5 minutes for the guy at the counter to realize we were there. The food was fairly fresh. The guy at the counter was kind of cheap with the soy sauce. I asked for some and got to packets for two people. I went up and asked for a couple and only got one more. I had to ask a third time to get 4 packets of soy sauce. The restaurant was clean and the manager was cooking everything pretty fresh.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
